Capsule is a major game changer! They are incredibly responsive and will contact your doctor for you to renew or make changes to a prescription. Delivery is fast and seamless. Also the app is extremely easy to use. Couldn’t be happier with the product!!

Capsule is wonderful, i used to go to Walgreeens but to set for delivery was hard and I went days missing my medication. Capsule let's you choose your time spot. The people who deliver are wonderful and when you call they are very very helpful.

Capsule and this team here are truly amazing. I use to use CVS for my prescriptions and though they too had a great team - the tech was just lacking. Now, I get an alert when my prescriptions are ready, easily schedule the delivery (same-day!!!) and I’m done in a few clicks. If I every have any questions or need my refills moved over to capsule- I quickly share it in the chat feature and they take it from there. I’m also truly impressed with their response time-especially now as I imagine their demand is increasing. If they don’t respond immediately, you get a response within an hour. I highly recommend trying Capsule if you have ever had that “ugh” moment of navigating through CVS’s online portal or sitting on hold waiting for a pharmacist to help you figure out your prescription.

We love the staff at Capsule pharmacy! We have been using them for several years. Although they are not the preferred pharmacy for our insurance and we pay a little extra on our prescriptions, the customer service they provide is worth it! There have been so instances where they have accommodated us and helped us; like when my fiancé had surgery the staff at Capsule worked with us to gey his prescriptions to our house same day. They constantly come through for us and we could not be more grateful. The delivery staff are always so sweet and professional. Thank you for all you do.

Super pleased with the customer service and the whole Capsule experience!! I look forward to getting my prescription every month with the pretty packaging and stickers. I love that Capsule lays out my options to me and is willing to go the extra mile for me whether it’s to call my doctor for the third time or call my insurance company because I needed an early fill for a trip. Also, love how approachable and available everyone is at Capsule - I can call or text them and they respond faster than I respond to my friends’ texts 🤣

I love capsule pharmacy! Since I'm disabled right now and going for a complete hip replacement next Tuesday I so appreciate them delivering my medication most of the time they're on time between certain hours they promise with delivery and they come through. They let me know when I need a refill or I need a delivery of one of my medications they allow you to pick the time and I like the fact that somebody has to be there they don't just leave it like for my pharmacy. And they are so kind and helpful they let you follow on the Google map where they're at so you know when they're getting closer to your home I just love capsule all the way around there isn't anything they don't do. Recently signed up with Capsule and already had my first delivery, it was so easy. They literally handled everything for signing me up besides a few details, and scanning in my insurance card. I was also impressed with the availability of delivery appointments, they had same day and next day appointments available. Couldn't recommend enough!!!!

Capsule is truly amazing! I absolutely love it! Such a relief from dealing with the major pharmacies. If I have any questions I can just text Capsule and they are incredibly responsive. If they notice any issues with my prescriptions, they will contact me proactively to get things sorted out. Also, their delivery is fast! I am SO impressed. Easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given.

Excellent! Excellent! I cannot leave a handicapped elder family member alone to stand in line at CVS for 90 minutes to pick up a prescription. Neither CVS nor Walgreen's delivery is easy or reliable. Capsule comes through everytime I need a prescription immediately and cannot wait for 2 weeks before mail order scripts will be delivered. There text notifications are immediate. Delivery is perfect!

I had an excellent experience and would absolutely do business with this company again. One of the things I appreciated most was the ability to choose the specific day and delivery time window that worked best for me. I selected the 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM window, and my prescription was delivered before 8:00 PM, exactly as promised. The gentleman who delivered my order was extremely professional, kind, and personable. He was friendly, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. The company was also very responsive to text messages, which made the entire process easy and stress free. Their prices are very reasonable, and the free prescription delivery is a huge benefit. In my opinion, this is a much more convenient and pleasant experience than dealing with CVS or Walgreens. I would 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, recommend them to others and will continue to use their services in the future.
